The Executive Chairman, Delta State Internal Revenue Service and political leader of OSU Political Forum Hon. Chief Solomon Ighrakpata, has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, described him as a visionary leader whose administration continues to inspire hope and accelerate development across the state.
