Mr. Terkuma Ashiekaa of Lugbe Federal Housing, Abuja, has regained his freedom after being kidnapped at gunpoint along the Wukari-Zakibiam Federal Highway in Benue State on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
During the incident, his mobile phones with numbers 09169987848
and 08169472499 were stolen by the abductors.
In a public notice, Mr. Ashiekaa warned members of the public to disregard any calls or ransom demands originating from these lines, as they are now in the hands of kidnappers.
He revealed that the criminals have been contacting his acquaintances, seeking payment.
Mr. Ashiekaa is working to block and reactivate the stolen numbers, but urged the public to exercise caution in the meantime.
